Booth University College has degree granting authority in the province of Manitoba, having first been incorporated as The Salvation Army Catherine Booth Bible College in August 1983, it was granted University College status by the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba in June 2010. It is also a Designated Learning Institution (DLI # O19147992362), which can accept international students on study permits.
