The Email a Librarian service is intended to serve the research/reference needs of the Booth and CFOT community. Your question will be routed to library staff and addressed as soon as possible.
- Email is checked throughout the day and evening when the library is open. If your question is urgent, please call or chat with us.
- While we respond to most questions as soon as possible, response time will depend on the nature of the question.
- Librarians are here to discuss your assignment, your research or to recommend a good book, during all of the hours that the libraries are open.
- Need help with a more complex research question or database search? Individual consultations are available by appointment for faculty, staff and students. Please contact the library to set up an appointment.
The Library may save the transcript of chat sessions for training and research purposes. In all cases, any identifying patron information will be stripped away. The Library makes every effort to protect your privacy. Any information you provide will remain strictly confidential.
