MGT 203 Financial Management in Not-for-Profit Organizations

This course examines the fundamentals of financial management including an overview of basic accounting and finance models and concepts. Topic areas to be covered include: recording and reporting financial transaction, basic financial analysis, cash flow and capital budgeting, financial planning, evaluation, and control. Note that this course is designed for not-for-profit managers without formal background in financial management.
