By staying in touch with your alma mater, you can stay connected to faculty, staff and classmates. You’ll be informed of upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and the latest Booth UC news. You’ll also have continued borrowing privileges at our John Fairbank Memorial Library in Winnipeg. As we continue to grow, we’ll be developing exciting new alumni events and initiatives that you’re not going to want to miss out on! How do I receive emails and mailings from Booth University College?  
By updating your contact information, you will receive emails and mail from Booth UC. Please be sure to update your contact information every time you relocate or change email addresses to ensure you don’t miss important information.

How do I unsubscribe from emails and mailings?
We’d be sorry to see you go, but if you’d rather not receive communications from Booth UC, you can unsubscribe here. Please allow up to 10 business days to process.

Where can I order my transcript? 
Booth University College transcripts can be requested through our Registrar.

If my diploma is lost or damaged, can I obtain a replacement diploma?
There is a fee associated, but you can order a replacement diploma. Please contact our Registrar to request an additional copy of your diploma.

How do I post a job listing for Booth UC alumni?
To post a job listing, or a link to a job opportunity, please submit your request here. You will be contacted within two business days regarding your request.

Do I have borrowing privileges at Booth UC’s John Fairbank Memorial Library?
Any graduate of Booth UC and any graduate of CFOT (Canada and Bermuda Territory) can apply for an alumni library card with no annual fee. The alumnus of Booth or CFOT must apply for the card him/herself and the card is for the use of the alumus only. To apply, contact the Library.

Do I have to pre-register for any of the advertised free lectures in the Earl Robinson Memorial Lecture Series or other advertised guest speakers?
While you are not required to register for a free lecture, there is limited seating available at these events. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but if you register we will reserve a spot for you (and your guests, if applicable). Alumni are emailed information about events, which will include the registration information.

I am interested in being a mentor to a Booth UC student, or helping out with recruitment efforts to help bring new students to Booth UC. How do I do this? 
Mentoring and helping with recruitment of new students are great ways to give back to your alma mater! If you are interested in mentoring a student or taking part in one of the events for new students (such as the annual September Orientation events), please contact our Dean of Students. If you are interested in taking part in one of our Campus Visit Days or other recruitment events, where you can share your Booth UC experience with potential students, please contact our admissions team.

How can I give back to Booth UC?
You can give back to Booth UC by giving your time. We also value financial donations of any size. Large or small, every single gift makes a difference and helps enhance the Booth UC experience. Thanks in part to our donors, Booth UC is able to provide needed financial aid and scholarships to students, add and improve classroom space by expanding and enhancing our campus buildings, improve technology and so much more.
